Our Butiama safe house is based in the village of Kiabakari and our Serengeti safe house is based in the town of Mugumu. In addition to our staff members, we are helped by many volunteers. Ninety-two local village volunteers locate girls and women in need of assistance in their communities across the Mara Region and help transport them to our safe houses.
